HLT was invited in 2019 Lancang-Mekong Cooperative Economic and Technological Exhibition

In August, HLT was invited in Langcang-Mekong Cooperative Economic and Technological Exhibition in 25^th Nov. HLT not only translated several has been used exhibition’s dinosaurs into Laos, but also fully prepared a new product that is a new peafowls lantern. HLT is not only producing animatronic dinosaur, simulation models products etc... even conduct zigong lantern business at the mean time. 

Zigong as a hometown of lanterns, HLT makes good efforts to advertise zigong culture, taking lantern into the world.  Peafowls lantern’s main technological characteristics combinates zigong wire flame model and color separation pasting. Firstly, the designer designs model, then the artist scenes lofting, the styling fitter makes wire frame model, the electrician sets LED light, the flame cloth worker flames cloth as color separation, finally the artist cope with color processing and installation. This peafowls lantern has been upgrade processing at the traditional lantern main material and crafts. The material: we are not only use LED light to light inside, even added thin light strip on the head and the neck. The purpose is can be lighting and uniform distribution of light source. We added different thickness gold lines stick on the neck and tail’s fur, looks like the color more richer and more brighter. The fur, to achieving the color layering. The flame cloth worker flame one layer fabric, the artist coloring one layer fabric. It’s more difficult and more time consuming. On surface, we add blue gems on the body and above the head to let the peafowls looks more gently and pretty. The eyes is painted by artist. The crafts: The button is taken light box shape that means the button is flat. The tail is Semi-embossed shape. The whole product is three-dimensional shape. Combinating three crafts into together, not only let the peafowls appearance to look realistic, but also add more mystery. As if peafowls can wave hers colorful wings and fly into the sky, looking up at the earth. 

Now, this peafowls has just set off from the factory and is now on the road in Laos. Lancang-Mekong Cooperative Economic and Technological Exhibition in Nov. Let’s wait and have a look.
